RHIM Daily Devotional 18 May 2020 – Superior Wisdom to Survive in Adversity [I]

19. Until the time that his word came: the word of the Lord tried him.

20. The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.

21. He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance.

22. To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.

BELOVED HEAR THIS

Wisdom brings honour, anytime wisdom is displayed honour is embraced.

It takes wisdom to earn a national honour or to emerge a champion even in adversity. The display of wisdom settled the destiny of Joseph, even though he went through hardship, it all became an added advantage for him because he never gave up, never give up when you are going through hardship, there is a glory ahead of you if you will not give up.

Joseph developed a mindset to survive in that adversity, your mindset about the situation you are facing can affect your behavioral pattern, don’t have a negative mindset in any situation you find yourself, be positive always. Joseph had the understanding that God was going to win in the battle and he will be declared a winner.

He handed the battle over to God and God took over his case, changed his story to glory, his trials to triumph, his test to testimony and his mess now became a message that is being preached till date.

God is still doing wonders and amazing people even in the midst of adversity. Adversity doesn’t change God from who he is, He remains the same.
