RHIM PROPHETIC WORD & DAILY DEVOTIONAL PRAYER
8. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
If you have been following our devotional, for some days now, we have been talking on overcoming fear. If peradventure you are at the state of total confusion, you are fearful of what your tomorrow will look like, please go through the devotional for this week and as you do so, the Lord will open your eyes and your hearts to overcome all your fears in Jesus Name.
Today, we shall be looking at the effects or the consequences of fear. A fearful man cannot fulfill his purpose. It takes boldness to run with God’s purpose for your life. A timid man will always be confused and not focused and any little thing can easily shift his attention. He cannot accomplish much for God and even for himself because of fear of the unknown, he feels he has no hope of accomplishing his purpose or becoming great according to God’s plans for his life. He will only accomplish very little and leave the rest.
Fear can destroy the dreams and visions of a man. When you are fearful or too timid, you will not be courageous or bold enough to run your vision, instead you will prefer to help others run theirs.
Job 3:25, For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.
If you are afraid of running your vision, you may end up dying without running the vision.
