Topic: FASTING WITH THE HELP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT TO BREAK A NEW RECORD [II]
Scripture: Isaiah 58:2-3
2. Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.
3. Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.
BELOVED HEAR THIS
Fasting is the act or practice of abstaining from food or drinks for a period of time. People fast for various reasons. Fasting to some, is to receive more power from God, some to break out of every demonic shackles or oppression, while for some it may be to have breakthrough in life and ministry or to break the yoke of delay and to some, fasting is to loss weight.
Fasting also medically has enormous benefits in our body, medically, it is advised we fast once in a while. “Even our Lord Jesus said in Matthew 17:21, Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.”
Benefits of Fasting
Fasting activates the Power of God on our inside.
It helps kill our canal nature, it suppresses our body [Isaiah 58:2-3]
Fasting enhances you to stand tall against every demonic spirit.
Long accumulated fasting generate the Power of God on our inside.
Fasting also has some potential health benefits, including weight loss, as well as improved blood sugar control, heart health by improving blood pressure, brain function, cancer prevention and Cholesterol levels.
Fasting also helps us to generate or build spiritual weight.
When you build spiritual weight, things around you will have no choice than to bow to you.
If you want to enjoy the power of God to the fullest, you must engage in fasting. It takes the spirit to get something from the spirit.
If you must enjoy secrets in this kingdom, you must have intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit and you must obey the Holy Spirit to have an intimate relationship with Him.
You determine your power by the willingness to pay the price, power does not belong to only Pastors or General Overseers.
What determines your ranking is your willingness to pay the price or sacrifice.
