RHIM Daily Devotional 21 June 2021 – Effects of Fear [III]

You see a lot of people anxious for nothing, it is fear that causes anxiety. Your anxiety at times may even affect the people around you.

A fearful man will always have problem taking actions and decisions, always indecisive. When you don’t take actions or make decisions when you ought to, you will end up being stagnated in life.

If Joseph was afraid, he won’t have fulfilled his glorious dream. If king David was afraid, he won’t have been able to kill Goliath. Fear hinders you from becoming who God wants you to be. A lot of people are stagnated and frustrated today because of fear, When you allow fear to be a predominant factor over your life or you allow negative emotions all the time, you cannot achieve the goals God has in mind for you.

No peace and rest of mind for a fearful man. Fear steals peace and rest of mind.

What is that thing you are too afraid of? Don’t be pessimistic, be optimistic. God will never leave you alone, nor forsake or reject you.

God will surely meet all your needs, Philippians 4:19, though it tarries, wait for it. Don’t let your waiting for it result in fear, but have confidence and boldness that your God is able to bring you out of that situation.
