Topic: CONFRONTING YOUR ADVERSITY
Scripture: 1 Samuel 17:23-24
23. And as he talked with them, behold, there came up the champion, the Philistine of Gath, Goliath by name, out of the armies of the Philistines, and spake according to the same words: and David heard them.
24. And all the men of Israel, when they saw the man, fled from him, and were sore afraid.
BELOVED HEAR THIS
Who you see and how you see determines how you will come out of your adversity. David was seeing God but others were seeing men. The realm in which you stay also determines if you are willing to come out of the battles of life. If you stay in the realm of the spiritual you will come out of that adversity rejoicing because the spiritual controls the physical.
For you to confront your adversity you must take leverage of your past testimony, always supply your testimony to your adversity, confront your adversity with your testimony by declaring the things God has done for you in the past.
You must understand how to employ God in any adversity.
You don’t use someone else’s armour in the battles of life, or to confront your adversity. There are customized battles for everyone and you don’t need another man’s armour to fight your own, if you carry someone else’s armour to fight your battle, you will tarry in that battle.
A lot of people in destiny are stranded because they are wearing the coat of Saul to confront their adversity or to fight their battles,
USE YOUR OWN WEAPON
You must have the mentality that you can do all things through Christ, it doesn’t matter the challenges, just focus on Christ.
