RHIM Daily Devotional 12 August 2021 – Winning The Battles Of Life [I]

One of the secrets to winning the battles of life is joy. Never allow anything to take your joy, no matter what is happening around you. God don’t exist in joyless atmosphere. You need to be joyful to enjoy the promises of God.

John 15:11;These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

Another secrets to winning in life is to have peace within yourself. No matter what is happening, ensure you have peace with yourself. One of the secrets of strength under the heaven is the peace and joy you have within you. There is no place in the Bible where God says you won’t go through trials and temptations. He says, it is certain that we will have tribulations, but He has already overcome for us, so therefore, we can’t be defeated in the battles of life.

John 16:33; These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.*

God has given us assurance of victory even before we engage in the battle. We don’t go into any battle without the knowledge of God. He is the God of all knowledge. God knows what you are going through, He knows the battles ahead of you. 1 Corinthians 10:13
